Vijay Jagtap
Vijay has 30 plus years of rich experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. In the past, he has worked with reputed organizations including Deccan Group and Kirloskar Group in the capacity of General Manager HR & IR. Later, Vijay founded SSS Management Consultants Private Limited, a leading service
provider for HR and Labor Compliances.
Over the years, Vijay has handled and advised on various facets concerning Labor Laws and Legal Compliances. Disciplinary actions, inspections, inquiries, audits, employee issues, and statutory compliances are the areas in which Vijay is a seasoned professional. He has partnered with many clients during testing times like accidents, employee issues, audits by government agencies, and inquiries. Audits conducted by SSS Consultants have created an industry benchmark. Liasioning with government offices and representing clients on various matters has been the strength of Team SSS Management Consulting.
Vijay’s leadership has put SSS Consulting into a high growth trajectory; with clients including Atlas Copco Ltd, Alfa Laval Ltd, Lupin Pharma Ltd, Cummins India Ltd, Cargill Ltd, Bosch Chasis Ltd, JCB Ltd, Sedemac Private Limited, Rexnord Group, and many others. Pradnya Jagtap
Pradnya Jagtap is the Director of SSS, looking after entire activities of executions related to Legal Compliances. Pradnya has completed her graduation and completed her degree in Labour laws, initially, she also worked for industry in the areas of HR and finance. She joined SSS in the year 2006. She is leading the team. She has a vision of providing effective HR and Legal compliance solutions to the client of SSS.

Rushikesh Jagtap
Rushikesh has the vision to make SSS a leading brand in providing HR solutions and legal compliance solutions to corporates. Rushikesh has the vision to provide corporate clients with a one-stop solution to all their HR and compliance-related requirements.
Over the past few years, Rushikesh has been actively contributing to the areas of HR Policies & Processes and Statutory Compliances through SSS.
Rushikesh is a renowned musician and is spiritual in his value system. A passionate Tabla maestro, Rushikesh has shared the stage with many renowned musicians/singers in musical programs & concerts. He is a postgraduate in music and to support his vision for UTSS, is pursuing his graduation in law.

Jankiram Jagtap
Jankiram is associated with SSS since 2007. He has completed his degree in Science and also in Environment Science. He looks after all Environment-related compliance activities, including consultation, preparation and submissions of returns, conducting various studies, and liasoning.
He too is a renowned musician and is spiritual in his value system.

A very hard-working professional, associated with SSS since 2007, having very strong hands-on experience in the areas of Legal Compliance, Audits, and Liasoning.
He leads the Legal Compliance team of the organization.
He has very good expertise in giving solutions for Contract Labour Management too.
